This exam, known as the “Head of School Scholarship Exam” is not required for admittance to the Prep, but instead serves as a baseline for consideration for potential scholarship money. This potential money is awarded to those outstanding students who score in the top percentile on this exam. The exam is recreated yearly by members of the Prep English and Mathematics Departments and students participating are allotted forty-five minutes to complete it. All current 7th and 8th Grade students applying to the Prep are welcome to take part in the evening. Light refreshments will be provided.
